Needs List To Get Qualified

In order to get pre-approved for a loan we will need the following paperwork faxed, scanned & emailed or brought to the appointment:

1. 2012 & 2013 Federal tax returns (all schedules) including W-2 forms

2. Most recent 30 days of paycheck stubs

3. Most recent 2 months of bank statements/retirement accounts/proof of funds

4. If applicable: Bankruptcy papers (all schedules), divorce papers, Certificate of VA eligibility

5. Copy of ID or Drivers License

6. For a refinance: Also most recent mortgage statement(s) & fire/hazard insurance policy

7. Filled out and signed Credit Report authorization request
