Dave has over 22 years experience in the mortgage industry working primarily to develop nationwide production platforms for prime lending. He most recently was National Production Manager for Mortgage Investors Group based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to that, Dave ran the Western Division production at Loancity and Fleet Mortgage.

His responsibilities at PCM include the day to day operations and overall strategies of loan production.

Dan has over 18 years experience in the mortgage industry developing strategies, operation teams, and workflows to achieve efficiencies, enhance product value, and maximize profitability. Most recently, he was Director, Capital Markets and Asset Management, for The Mortgage Store Financial Inc. in Los Angeles, California. His responsibilities at PCM include day to day operations and overall strategies of the Capital Markets Department, which covers loan pricing, hedging, warehousing, secondary marketing, and investor relationships.

Brad has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, developing mortgage sales and operations teams. His responsibilities at PCM include overseeing day-to-day sales and operations for the Southwest Region which includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.

Shelley Thurlow serves as Vice President, Regional Production Manager for Pinnacle Capital Mortgage.

Thurlow began her mortgage banking career in 1984, and was promoted to operations management at the age of 19 with CityFed Mortgage. Over the next 15 years, she managed all aspects of branch operations, winning recognition for efficiencies, and was promoted to AVP, Northwestern Regional operations manager for Accubanc Mortgage.

In 1999 she managed both Retail and Wholesale Western Regional Operations for Union Planters Mortgage, accepting a role as VP, Wholesale Branch Manager in 2000. In 2001, thru overall strength ratings in sales and operations, she was acclaimed #1 Wholesale Branch Manager for UPM.

Continuing to win recognition and multiple awards, she credits her staff for her success through the years at companies such as LoanCity, ABC and Franklin American.

Sharon has 30 years experience in the mortgage industry working primarily to develop and recruit for start-up or small mortgage bankers, and growing them into larger more reputable and sometimes public companies. She was most recently Executive Vice President for Mortgage It, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. Sharon grew her western division from one brand new office to 25 offices in 23 states, while growing market share to a top ten wholesale lender in the United States, all within her 6 year tenure with the company.

Sharon’s responsibilities at PCM include the day to day operations and loan production for the Folsom branch office and a region consisting of central California, the state of Nevada and Hawaii.
